Caprica Wrap-Up

by Scott Von Doviak

Previously on Caprica, our friends at SyFy decided to make my job much more complicated than it has to be by scheduling the final five episodes of the now-canceled series for one marathon airing before sending it on to virtual heaven to be reunited with its predecessor, Battlestar Galactica, and—someday, maybe—its follow-up, Blood and Chrome. Thanks, SyFy!

watched the final 5 episodes of caprica &, although they pretty much tied up loose ends, i will truly miss this show. it was very noir scifi & i thought the characters were gr8, the story was a cross btwn mafia & religious fanaticism. its truly unfortunate that viewers didnt respond 2 what i feel was a gr8 prequel to bsg. so sad that shows like this lose viewers because the storylines are either too complicated or whatever. when i c shows like ghosthunters on syfy staying on 4 yrs while shows like caprica bite the dust, it really saddens me. what an extraordinary channel syfy could be if they aired shows like caprica, fringe, threshold(which was cancelled a cple yrs back), even if they fought 2keep farscape on a cple of more yrs. instead we get these stupid reality shows & wrestling plus some of the cheapest & worst scifi made 4 tv movies. there has 2b more viewers out there that want intelligent, creative & imaginative scifi shows. where ru???????
